Store readiness
Consultations: arrange availability manually with the customer using the email listed on the paid order. The website does not send scheduling emails or WhatsApp messages automatically. Add the agreed session arrangements in delivery information on the order.
Payments remain disabled until provider credentials, webhook verification, business policies, and checkout activation are configured. Manage refunds in Razorpay; verified refund webhooks update the order here.
